Christmas Fair

Thank to everyone who joined us at the Christmas Fair. What a wonderful opening to this year's Christmas celebrations.

Our two choirs opened the event and it was lovely to see their smiling faces and hear their angelic voices. Then the crowds poured in to the school; many people warming up with a soothing glass of mulled wine, a Westerham Butchers' hot dog with entertainment from talented pianist Tom Chatfield.

The children excelled this year with the variety of stalls they created. Great fun was had sticking hands in jelly and spaghetti to win a prize, blind folded drawing, guessing the number of seconds and Pin the buckle on Father Christmas' belt - just to name a few stalls.

The new, restyled Santa's Grotto drew a constant stream of visitors and he was ably helped by Year 6 Elves Evie and Jack.

The Secrets room offered the children a chance to buy presents for family and friends and have them 'professionally' wrapped by members of staff! We've seen the gifts and know you are in for a treat on Christmas morning!

Thank you to parents for planning and running the other stalls: the Craft room, the Tombolas, the Toy room , the Raffle and programme, the sausage rolls and the bar/cake stall.

I am delighted to announce that we made £4,000 profit this year. A superb start to our Outdoor redevelopment fund.

Thank again for your generosity.
