Whole school trip to Chartwell

On Wednesday, the whole school enjoyed our annual trip to Chartwell – always a highlight of the year for both children and staff! It’s such a lovely opportunity for everyone to spend the day together, with children from across the school enjoying each other’s company, just like on a typical school day.
Our KS2 pupils had to keep a watchful eye on their lunches as some very determined black geese took a keen interest in their sandwiches! Meanwhile, KS1 had a wonderful time exploring and playing beneath the magnificent trees by the lake, making the most of the beautiful surroundings.
Please see the leaflets on this week's newsletter giving information on what is on offer for families from our local National Trust sites over the holidays.
